We are the catalytic heartbeat of RCCG Americas 1—reaching and transforming young adults through ministry, education, and intentional mentorship. Guided by the principles of 1 Timothy 2:3–4, our Academy arms prepare Kingdom-minded leaders to excel in every sphere.

YAYA (Young Adults and Youth Affairs) has a rich history of raising generations of leaders within RCCG. The YAYA Academy was established by the Continental Council as a strategic initiative to provide structured, practical, and spiritual equipping for the unique challenges and opportunities facing today’s young professionals.
